GENERAL INFO
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE AT THE CEREMONY?
The ceremony will begin promptly at 5PM. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes early to allow time for parking and finding your seat. Here is the full schedule with times included!
WHAT SHOULD I WEAR?
Welcome Dinner (Friday): This event is themed ‘Something Blue; Denim Edition’. Moodboard to help inspire your look!
Wedding Day (Saturday): Formal or cocktail attire. Ceremony and cocktails will be outside on grass, so dress accordingly.
Sunday Brunch: Casual and comfy attire. We’re keeping it relaxed!
ARE KIDS WELCOME?
Our entire wedding weekend will be a 21+ only celebration. Kids are not welcome at any of the wedding events. Thank you for understanding!
CAN I BRING MY DOG?
While we love your furry friends, pets will not be allowed at any of the wedding events. Thank you for making other arrangements for them during the weekend.
CAN I BRING A PLUS-ONE?
Your invitation will specify whether a plus-one has been included. If you have any questions, feel free to reach out.
IS THE WEDDING OPEN BAR?
Yes- drinks are on us!
WHAT’S THE WEATHER LIKE IN SEPTEMBER?
September in Livingston Manor is typically mild and lovely. Expect daytime temperatures around the 70s and cooler evenings in the 50s. Bring a light jacket or shawl, especially for outdoor events.
WILL THE WEDDING BE INDOORS OR OUTDOORS?
The ceremony and cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting. The reception will be indoors at The Arnold House. Keep an eye on the forecast and plan accordingly.
WILL THE WELCOME PARTY & BRUNCH BE OUTDOORS?
Both the Welcome Party on Friday and the Brunch on Sunday are planned to be mostly outdoors, weather permitting. We’ll provide updates closer to the events if there are any changes.
TRANSPORTATION + ACCOMODATIONS
IS TRANSPORTATION PROVIDED?
Wedding Day (Saturday): Yes! We’ll have shuttle service to and from The Arnold House for all guests. Pickup and drop-off times will be shared closer to the date.
Friday and Sunday Events: No shuttles will be provided for the Welcome Dinner or Sunday Brunch. We recommend having your own car, but Ubers and local car services are also available.
CAN I DRIVE MYSELF TO THE WEDDING?
Yes- however there is limited parking on site the day of the ceremony. Please let us know if you plan on driving yourself since we have arranged shuttles and transport for all guests.
IS THERE PARKING?
Yes there is parking at The Arnold, but as mentioned on Saturday there will be limited parking.

ARE GUESTS STAYING ON-SITE AT THE ARNOLD HOUSE?
Unless otherwise notified, accommodations at The Arnold House are reserved for immediate family and wedding party members. If you haven’t been notified that you’re staying on-site, we kindly ask that you make arrangements. Check out our accommodations section for suggestions!
HOW DO I RSVP?
Please RSVP via our wedding website. If you have any issues please just email rsvp@kelseyandstaten.com. Let us know if you’ll be attending each event and include any dietary restrictions.
